BIM and Prefabrication
We streamline our jobs with prefabrication.
Our team will use BIM to coordinate potential issues during the early stages of the project. It helps with crash avoidance on site and locates critical MEP penetration locations. Prefabrication of drywall assemblies will reduce costs, resolve constructability issues and increase jobsite safety. We will configure the shop fabricated assemblies into manageable segments that are staged by area for ease of installation. Our prefabrication facility has been run by one of our seasoned foremen since it opened in 2021.
Prefabrication has many advantages to our crew once we are onsite. Some of these advantages are as follows:
- Fewer on-site labor hours
- Less material brought to site, resulting in less on-site trash & debris
- Less congestion in material hoist
- Organized and cleaner jobsite reducing on-site injuries
- Higher level of quality control
