These savings are achieved through evaluation of the plans and specifications from the initial budget to the best and final bid. Our team can clearly identify potential value engineering options through alternate materials and methods.

Our preconstruction team uses a combination of experience and technology to provide our customers with quality service both during design-assist and after award. We will analyze the project including schedule restrictions and site logistics during the initial constructability study.

Our drafting team will provide a complete shop drawing submittal including vetted details to ensure that products are installed in the best manner possible. These drawings, when required, will be sent to the engineer to confirm loading requirements are met or exceeded prior to installation.
