TJM partners with a wide range of colleges and universities to mentor students and prepare the next generation of professionals with the skills necessary to succeed in the construction industry.  Our paid Co-Op positions provide extensive field and office work experience.  We assign our Co-Ops meaningful work that spans all facets of a project to ensure a fulfilling and well-rounded experience.
